I logged a claim with Fnb claims for my Samsung Galaxy Note which was damaged and needed to be repaired dated 16/08/2013. There has been varies delays with this claim from no logging of the claim to no communication or feedback from the insurance company unless i called to follow up. To cut a long story short i eventually got the supplier to collect the phone on 26/08/13 that fnb had allocated to repair the device. I was told by Paragon the supplier that the phone is ready for collection 30/08/2013 and we evetually requested that it be dropped off monday 02/09/2013 but to our dismay it was subsequently not completely finished as they were still doing software up loads on the phone due to the phone being locked and the password was not accepting. NOW Paragon says they cant finish the job after saying that the phone is fixed and that the software update will be done by this morning and the phone will delivered. I NOW HAVE BEEN INFORMED TO TAKE MY PHONE TO SAMSUNG AS THEY CANT DO IT? IVE NEVER TAMPERED WITH MY PHONE DOWNLOADING ANYTHING ILLEGAL OR NOT SUPPORTED BY SAMSUNG. THEY ARE THE ONLY OTHER PEOPLE THAT HAD ACCESS TO MY PHONE. WHY THE DO I HAVE [URL Removed] ANNOYED
