New laptop not working

Hello Peter, I bought a laptop on the 20th September this year the following day I went home in Limpopo without using it when I arrived home I opened the laptop trying to use it but it always freezes. when I come back on the 30 September I took it back and they said I must activate window, and the did that for me at the shop, when I get back home again it gives me same problem, I took it back to the shop on the 15 October the said the can't see problem I should call toshiba and I did that they said I must take it back to the shop, and I took it back on the 22 October and the told me that they will take for repair, on the 5th November they call me again the said the want my password, I went there to the shop and I gave them my password, and they said it will be fixed on the 8th I must come and take it. I went there but it was not yet back. I went again on the 11th, 13th, 14th, 15th And18th. William called me and said I must came on tuesday the 19th, I went it was not there, they said they will call me even now the didn't call, I am tired of their empty promises I don't want the laptop anymore I want my money, Please Peter help me to get my money back.
