We have unfortunately had no solution to our ongoing internet connection issue.
Despite multiple weekly phone calls to the customer care division, we are still sitting with the unresolved issue of a seriously faulty internet connection. These are the ongoing issues: we have numerous daily disconnects, technicians have been promised to come and assess onsite & we have been told that the issue has been sorted numerous times.
Yet we still sit with a seriously faulty internet connection. We have spoken to various consultants, including some very nice ones, but no-one phones use back when promised or manages to resolve the issue. We have even spoken to the CEO.
We have been refunded for a couple of months, but this came with the understanding that the issue would be resolved & yet here we still are with a faulty internet connection. We are computer literate people who work in the industry & know that this is not an acceptable level of service for any company.
We've been a user of your services for a number of months and you were recommended as an excellent supplier originally. I have every faith therefore that you will do what you can to rectify this situation this week finally.
