Dear Vodacom,

I really hate having to use this website to get help from you. The people who respond to me through this website are always incredible and their service is just amazing. However to get help elsewhere through a call centre or a vodacom4u is just impossible. So I apologise truly for having to go through this complaint site. I thank you for always being so helpful.

I have shed some light on a situation that I complained about recently. I went into a vodacom shop today (its the first time I have had a chance) and the lady kindly put a different sim card into my phone. The internet worked immediately! This proves that the problem is not with my iphone connection to the internet. But the problem with vodacom!

I would really appreciate it if a technician or admin person could please look into this situation and show why my simcard cannot connect to the internet via 3G? I have changed my simcard twice now, so its not a hardware issue. It must be an issue on vodacoms side where they have still not properly activated my internet?

I look forward to finally receiving some clarity around this issue.
