Our company Internet line has been down since Dec 2013. The first fault report number Telkom could not trace the number. Our company closed for the December period and logged another fault on 07 January 2014. To date no technician has come to resolve our connection, despite the fact that I contact Telkom daily with the no results. I have spoken to technicians and promised they would call me back, the supervisors were also supposed to call back. Telkom are supposed to resolve this kind of issue within 24 hours. 3 weeks later I am at my wits end with Telkom. What more can I do as we are trying to run a business and furthermore we are paying for the line.
