Slow internet Connection and no service

I am back again with a complaint of slow internet and no internet service. Really this bull, Telkom wants their money every month for this so called internet connection, the best ISP in SA .. I say its bull..

They told me when I moved into my new place that my area supports up to 2MB.. I am paying for this so call 2mb but only receive 512kb down and 128kb up if I am lucky.

They are throttling my account and assume I am stupid, if I didn't work in this industry I might have believed them, and that's not even the worst part I have been sitting without internet for two day straight, with a authentication issue and no one in there call center is clued up enough to even notice that..it useless phone their call center because they don't know anything.

I logged 5 call had two escalations with no resolve. the even close my calls with out phoning me to find out if the issue was fixed.

Sorry guys we don't do business like this. fix my internet net without lame excuses and get you technician to phone me before he comes to my house, like I told you a 1000 time before.
