My computer had to go back to Pinnacle under warranty due to several problems which caused it to crash. The entire time it was with them it worked perfectly but when I got it home it was the same as before. Kelvin was very patient with me and was happy to discuss the problem at length while we tried to work out what could possibly be causing the fault.
It seems that it was one of those times where there is just no getting to the bottom of where the fault is coming from so Pinnacle replaced my motherboard and RAM - my computer is now running like a dream.
A big thank you goes to Pinnacle and Kelvin who was always friendly and helpful - I'm sure he must have dreaded hearing my voice on the phone yet again - but was always professional and kind. Well done Pinnacle, you went the extra mile and I sincerely appreciate it.
