Due to poor service received from this Company I will MOST DEFINITELY NOT be supporting them ever again. I was sold a faulty dongle on Sunday, 26th May, I returned it to them yesterday requesting a refund of R70, which was refused, I was told that they could install this on my laptop, which I then collected from home & took into them. It apparently did not have the correct driver for this dongle, so they decided to install 1, got home, still not working, now it's only an evaluation copy, can only transfer 2MB & needs an activation key. I went back there in the afternoon, was told to bring my laptop back in today, which was duly done, still couldn't sort the problem out, said they would reimburse me, but they wanted the invoice, before doing so. I returned home to get this, BUT, unfortunately my maid had since thrown this away, so now I have lost out on R70, because some person sold me something that is totally useless & doesn't work. I will definitely NOT be using them ever again. From now on I will be taking all my business to Incredible Connection, as these people are totally useless.
