I have never been more appalled in my life, the Acer technical support center is horrid, my piece of Acer Laptop has shut down on me and when i try calling acer for help some named Jaques from Technical support keeps hanging up on me, I am fuming as this piece of junk has all my work stuff on it and no one at acer is willing to help. I will never ever recommend this product to anyone again, what a waste on 5k
