It takes 2 emails and a phone call, when they care

I was at the end of my tether, no communication, no cash back, no prospects of resolution. Now I have received 75% of the cash back (Good enough for now) and the dealer principle from the branch in question has been replaced by an actual customer service orientated Dealer Principle, Franco Stocchi. After a short interval 2 emails and 1 or 2 phone calls he has restored my faith in this dealership. I fully expect to receive the outstanding amounts.
