Flawed Adjudication

I sent through my request to the MIO, when they got back to me they said that after consulting with the Dealer Principal on a matter which involved a VW Kombi, they had come to the conclusion that the Dealer principle had done what he could to correct the matter. However, I never got any opportunity to have my say in person.

This is flawed. As stating my case in person would have allowed a level playing field. I have had a previous complaint on Hello Peter regarding the actual deal with the Dealer Principal.
