Cash deal and no car almost 4 weeks late

On 14.09.13 I signed a offer to purchase on a 2010 Chev Spark.By 18.09.13 I had paid for the car in cash except R2100 which would be given once I had the log book. The car was then delivered to me on 23.09.13 and by 26.09.13 I had emailed a list of complaints regarding this car.

The car sat in the dealership's possession for 2 weeks and there was not a single phone call from anybody at the dealership saying what was the fault & when the car would be ready.

I was told that the gear linkage cable needs to be replaced and that I could collect the car on 10.10.13. I collected the car on Friday and am still sitting with the same compaints.

On Monday I called the dealer Prinicpal (Mark) and said he would investigate and get back to me - I am still waiting for a call. This is atrocious communication and if things continue this way by Thurday, I expect a full cash refund.
