My wife bought a car in good faith the vehicle damages got fixed.
On the day she took delivery of the vehicle on Saturday, we found that there was hail damage. The sales manager and the dealer principle now refuses to fix these damages.
Spoke top the dealer principle and admits that when they polished this vehicle for delivery to my wife, they must of picked the hail damage. So knowingly they sold a vehicle in damaged condition.
Its scary that these people still do this to you these days? What sort of ethics do you actually have? Now I cant be fully covered from my insurer. So at claim stage, if the vehicle is written off. I will not be covered for the full finance amount as my insurer will not cover me fully.
I ask you, will you ever buy from this sort of dealerships? Centurion select does not care about the best interest of the client. They only care about the bottom line!!
