This is my 3rd complaint about the same issue and I am still awaiting someone to contact me..
I would never expect this from such a large retail but this is pathetic. ITs the principle that matters here and if I had known your service and customer concern was such a shambles I would have rather continued to spend my money at Stuttafords.
