Steed 2.2 MPI D/C - I am a customer who really thinks that these bakkies are great. Despite all the problems we as a family love the bakkie.
Being close to submit a miosa complaint i decided to give it one last shot to go see the dealer principle. I was very surprised when the dealer principle listened, and offered a solution which to me reflects there is a wanting for GWM to succeed and satisfy their customers. MY 2.2 just would not give up giving problems.
We agreed on a mutually agreeable and beneficial agreement to look at replacing the vehicle with a different model with as little impact as possible on my pocket with the same benefits extras and all.
To a model were they normally receive no complaints on and where they are comfortable as well i will be a satisfied client.
I think it was the honorable thing to do, the right thing to do and this has restored my faith in GWM but also the people involved at this branch who was prepared to listen, to resolve to treat me like a human being and to understand me frustration.
I know that if this works out its not the last time i will do business with them i will again thanks to all involved.
