I bought 2 GWM Steed 5 2.2 in mid December 2012 to register it in 2013. So the dealer made a mistake and registered it in December when we brought it under the Dealerships attention they apologized and told me they will give 2 free services and 1 extended warranty (other than the once be bought with the vehicles) on EACH vehicle bought from them - this was in mid January. So I've been calling the sales person and the dealership to get the proof of the extras, BUT every time I call them they put me on hold and don't get back to me and I've been trying since January 2013 and its end of April now! I thought buying 2 BRAND NEW vehicles will be less drama and stress but I Guess I were wrong to buy from GWM Fourways! If this is the way they want to do business I will never do business with them again and that management should pay more attention to after sales to see whether the customer is 100% satisfied with them or not like this for instance!
I would really appreciate it if someone could get back to me regarding this matter ASAP - seeing that I've been waiting for over 3months now!
