Dear Discovery, I received a call from CCD couriers on 02 July for the delivery of my card. When I heard this name I had a cold chill going down my spine as I have had previous dealings with this useless company whom fail to deliver on the date they promise to deliver. Needless to say they failed to deliver my card today as expected. Even contacted them today with a promise to come back to me which they never. Advise why are you as Discovery is utilizing this pathetic courier company? They are unreliable and not trustworthy at all. Now I have to make alternative arrangements to collect the card from a branch now at my own cost etc and inconvenience and not even sure when this would transpire. Discovery I'm really and honestly disappointed to say the least. My advise and recommendation is to terminate your contract with CCD.
