I sent a package out on Monday - using a Berco dropbox bag which is supposed to be an over night delivery. I phoned customer to expect delivery in 1-2 days as he is in a rural area.
It is now Friday - and delivery still hasnt taken place. After 4-5 attempts at phoning the Pretoria branch - nobody seems to be interested in helping. I get 2 stories, Jason said on Thursday it would be definitely delivered. But today they say I have to pay an invoice as the area uses a 3rd party to deliver. I even said I would pay anything - as I needed the package to be delivered - but still have not received any invoice or answer from Berco.
Stay away from Aramex/Berco unless you want serious migraines. Last time I use them for anything.
