Parcel was despatched from Berco Jhb, on 25 April 2013 - still no delivery two weeks later. Contacted Sharon from Berco on 3 May 2013 and was promised the parcel would be delivered on Friday 3 May. Still no delivery as of Monday19h00. Now tracking indicates Invoice is being checked in PRETORIA on 2 May 2013. Can Berco actually deliver? Two weeks is not acceptable!
