My waybill was dispatched this morning at 07:00AM, I called and confirmed that the package would be delivered this afternoon, and as such I made arrangements to leave work and go home to be there when my package was delivered, I waited until 17:00PM at which point I phoned again and was told there were issues with shift changes or some rubbish, but was assured that my package would still be delivered this evening between 19:00PM and 20:00PM. It is now 21:00PM and I highly doubt my package will be delivered.
I changed my plans based on false promises made by Berco Express and for nothing. You have wasted my time simply because you are too incompetent to provide accurate information. I would have had no problem waiting an extra day for delivery, but instead you have to go and make promises that you can't deliver on and waste my time.
I will never use Berco Express again, you are completely unreliable.
