I ordered a package from [URL Removed] giving them the address of a Postnet in my area. I then get a phone call from a complete stranger telling me that Berco has just delivered my package to them, a random shop in the same shopping centre as the Postnet. Thank goodness for their honesty, as a less trust worthy person would have just kept the parcel. I would love to know how a company with the soul purpose of making deliveries can not find Postnet Northcliff, (as I found the address through the store finder facility on the Posnet web sight, in under 2 minutes) and how they can just hand my package over to a complete stranger. I am still waiting for a parcel that I that I ordered prior to this parcel (29th April, it is now 21st June). I can only assume that Berco has handed it to some less honest stranger. Please be careful when using this delivery service.
