The ordered package was dispatched (very early) on Tuesday 30 April. About a week later, it had not been delivered, so I checked the Kalahari website - this linked to the Berco website, which claimed that I had personally signed for the package the previous week (Thursday 2 May). On Tuesday 7 May, I emailed Kalahari about this problem, and received an unhelpful reply to the effect that I had signed for the package (directly contradicting the content of my email). I replied, suggesting that Kalahari forward me the delivery receipt - perhaps someone else had signed for the package, and I might recognise a signature or a name (if there was one other than my obviously false one). I received no response. Finally I phoned Kalahari - the operator I spoke to was very helpful and followed up on my problem, keeping me up to date with its progress. The end result, as reported to me on Thursday 9 May, was that the package had not been delivered, and was in storage at Berco - I was assured that it would be delivered today, 10 May. It has not been delivered yet. So more than a week after I supposedly signed for this parcel, I have not yet received it.
