I ordered some equipment for a client which was supposed to be delivered overnight.
2 days later it is still in jhb, it keeps getting marked for delivery but never goes anywhere.
They now say its some strike action and they have no idea when the package will be delivered.
What i don't understand is if they knew this why would they not tell anyone so other arrangements can be made.
Due to this i am now liable for penalties for each day we are late with the installation.
I tried to get hold of the operations manager to see who to invoice for the penalties but you get sent to voice mail.
This is not how a courier company should work especially since it uses the Berco affiliation to entice customers to use them.
This is the first and last time Aramex will be used by me or my company.
