Since Berco claims that they deliver by 10:30 the next business day, I decided to ditch SAPO and give you a try.

On 13/03/2013 the parcels were picked up at the Pick n Pay Preller Plein in BFN Drop Box, I expected the delivery to be done by 10:30 14/03/2013 in Durban. Sadly my expectations weren't met.

The parcels were only unloaded in DBN at 12:39 on 14/03/2013, already later than the advertised delivery time. I then expected the parcel to be delivered on the afternoon of 14/03/2013. It seems like Berco doesn't do afternoon deliveries.

Hopefully delivery will take place on 15/03/2013. TWO DAYS AFTER PICK-UP!!!

Berco has either redefined ONX, or classified BFN and/or Durban as "Outlying Areas". Your slogan should be "If it not delivered by 10:30, its not delivered at all"

Next time I'll go back to SAPO Speed Services, it costs less and its just as slow.
