Handled incorrect complaint well

I emailed A1 Assist about horrific service we got from a tow company that we thought was them. As it turns out it wasn't, but I would like to thank the people at A1 Assist for their understanding and handling our incorrect complaint well. Again, to the in FFW and Telsure, A1 Assist was not a part of this poor service. Thank you.
