I had my car towed by Metro Accident Assist two weeks ago. During the process, their staff broke my automatic gearbox which cost me R15, 000 to repair and he promised to pay back. When he stopped taking my calls, I had no options but to go to their offices to complain. To my surprise, I learned that he has since resigned and there was no record of him towing my car - he pocketed the money!!! In addition to that, the company hires new people almost every week since they work on commissions only and can't survive most of the time, and these new people are on the roads without any proper training. If your car needs to be towed and Metro Accident Assist appears, DON'T ALLOW THEM TO TOW YOUR CAR and rather wait for other company to assist you for your own sake.
