I recently moved back to African independent insurance brokers, I think I have made an epic mistake, I tried calling your break down assist at 09:00 this morning (2013-07-08) and was on hold for collectively an hour and still did not manage to get assistance, I then finally phoned African independent reception to complain about this horrific service, the receptionist was very kind and helpful and managed to get the road side assist to contact me, but still no road side assist has come out to assist me even as I type this complaint, the time now is 14:35, surely this is not the first time someone has ever used your road side assist? what is the excuse or problem, shall I cancel my policy now and move to someone more equipped to service me? what grinds me even more is that I had to pay an additional R99 on my policy for this rubbish service!!!
This is such disgusting service, not one person has actually returned my calls today, I have to keep phoning you people!!!
