In the last week of March 2013 I purchased some parts from the owner of BMWPower. Total R5150. I sent a friend to pick the parts up on the 28th of March. At the pick up the owner refused to give all the parts to my friend, so my friend called me. When I spoke to the owner while my friend was there he started swearing me. He was also being towards my friend and saying derogatory things about my ethnic group. He eventually gave my friend some of the parts. When I received the package the amount of outstanding parts was R1500. He strung me along thereafter saying that he has certain of the parts for me which I never received. Eventually he said he can give me a refund for the outstanding parts. I kept in contact with him and he kept on saying he's going to do the transfer. On the morning of the 23rd April when i called him he said he is doing the transfer right now, which I still haven't received. He didn't answer my calls for the next 2 days, so I called from another number and when he knew it was me he said he cant talk now and kept hanging up or just leaving the phone answered. In the background I could hear him talking to someone and being to me again.
