Still awaiting refund

I ordered parts from these guys, after i had put in my engine vin no etc on [URL Removed] They told me that they had the parts for me. These parts are very rare to find, thats why i turned to the website. I assumed the parts would be correct due to me giving the vin no. I payed for the parts and the courier from Durban to Boksburg. Took the parts to the mechanic thats fixing my car. Just to find out from him that its the incorrect parts. So i courier the parts back to the mentioned supplier (my expenses again) after I spoke with the lady and told her that the parts were incorrect. She then said that they will look for the correct parts. After a week or two of phoning emailing etc. They still couldn't find parts. I then meanwhile found an engine in Germiston, so I phoned them and asked if they could refund me as they're not finding parts and i needed the money to add for the engin. She said they will refund and I'm still waiting its been 4 weeks and still no payment back. Every time I phone, I get told that she will speak to the finance department. So its 2months of waiting for these people. My car is down for 4 months now in total. I might loose the engin because of tha
