Poor service

I had taken my vacuum cleaner in April to have parts replaced at Sure Services in Springfield park, Durban. I was helped by a man call Sadha. He told me the parts will be there by the end of the week.By the Friday I called, he told me the parts have not arrived but he will call Cape Town and check with them and give me a call back. He did not call back. This went on for the next 7 weeks or so when I call he says the parts are not there and he will check and call back but he never returns my calls. Eventually he calls only when he received one of the parts and the the outstanding part he has asked me to pay I still don, t have. I am very disapointed with the service cause I know the product AEG is a very good product.
