Paid for overnight delivery (COME01-00000185). When not delivered by 4pm, I looked on internet and saw "NSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN CPT - C-CONTACT NOT AVAILABLE. " despite the correct address been given. I then phoned - was put through to answering machines 4 times, and on the 5th call got a response after 10 minutes. (No doubt RAM will not reimburse me for the calls) when I was told by Seann that the drivers are lying etc. My attempts to speak to the operations manager, Mr Parks and the CEO Mr Lazarus was unsuccessful. These gentlemen, like those 4 others who had their answering machines on at 4:20 do not care about customers or their service.
If the drivers could not find my office, I would think that a simple call would have solved the problem. But that would amount to good customer care, which this too much to ask.
