The cellular store where I handed my phone in for repairs followed their procedures resulting in the insurance company 24 Mobility who use RAM hand to hand couriers gave Ram the details for the collection on my phone. Poor service # 1: RAM asked for the incorrect device and as a result didn't collect.
Poor service #2: when I called to report this I went from Switchboard to HR, back to Switchboard, then on hold 3 times before I hung up.
They seriously need to do customer service training. for the drivers and frontline staff!
