Shipped a parcel via DHL International Express - Agent contacted me to pay the customs duties - which i did right away, sent the proof of payment to the email address lsited called twice to check and they only found it days later. Very poor service - then they delayed the delivery of the parcel.
Should be called DHL SLOW SLOW delivery.
Very Poor Service - do not use DHL
