I have a parcel which is supposed to have been delivered but they keep promising they will and they don't, Peter promised me a delivery by Friday 17th January then I called on the 21st January I was promised my delivery the following day 22nd Jan, it has not happed until now what makes it worse when I try to call their office and there is no one answering the phone! Pathetic service. I'm not sure of the branch but their telephone no 011-9775025
