No Service for a Motor Plan client

My BMW X3 was in an accident in Feb 2013. I had to take it to Prima Panelbeaters in Polokwane since they are the only approved BMW panelbeater due to my car to be still under motorplan. The drivers door is damaged and they ordered the door from Modern Autohaus in Polokwane on 25 March 2013. A month later and still no door from Modern Autohaus? Is this bad service or non delivery only for moto rplan clients??? I will appreciate it if this problem can be resolved asap.
