My story is too long to fit every detail in, but let me try. On the 31st of March 2012 I was involved in a car accident. The front of the car was damaged. Budget sent the car to A & N Panelbeaters inpotchefstroom. Pathetic service. Repairs cost R25 000 - our excess was R5200! They took a whole month to fix the car. And when I got it back the speedo was not working, and I could see the passenger door did not look right. I told them this, and I was told that the the door was not affected in the accident, the speedo was a sensor, and was also not a result from the accident, and my grill was not replaced, as they had received the wrong parts. I called budget and was told to take it for an assesment, which I did. The assesment said the door was NOT correct, and the "so called sensor" - was an earth wire that had come loose in the front of the engine. A&N were instructed to fix up the door, and replace my grill. Still not done. I called budget last week to find out what is going on, now they want me to take the car back to A&N, even after I said I dont want them to work on my car again. A week later, and once again, have heard nothing. This is absolutely shocking service.
