VW Claremont bent my doo

I recently took my car into VW for a replacement of the drivers side electric window mechanism. Work was done and I am happy with the way the window works now. Since that day I felt cold wind and heard wind noise penetrating the cabin. I didn't think much of it at the time and just brushed it off. Then when it started to rain, the rain actually penetrated the cabin at the top of the drivers door which was due to a large gap left as a result of the repair work done on the driver door window mechanism. My car basically went into VW with a fully functional driver door and came back with a skew door which is not air and water tight and not flush with the rest of the body. I booked the car in to have VW assess the door and to undo the damage they have inflicted on my drivers door. I was phoned by the Service Agent today saying my car was fixed and ready. Their fix made the situation worse, the door now needs to be banged to close and the bottom of the door is now not flush with the rear passenger door. I told the Service Manager - Mujahid about my situation and he proposed to me that if work needs to be done then it would be at my own cost if a panelbeater were to be involved. Das Auto
