I regret ever setting my foot into BMW's door!

I've been emotionally abused, financially strained and my life is both sad & complicated thanks to BMW MINI SA.
I bought Mini Cooper S for R255000 on 10.02.2012 at LeoHaese Centurion and services at Mordern Autohaus Polokwane. I have spent so far Close to R80000 on car getting fixed. There following since I bought that car has been replaced on the car already, Engine x4, Accelerator, High Pressure Pump, Computer Box, Injectors, Exhaust, and now I've turbo pending to be changed at cost of R23450. I've stuck on the road many times, the car give more problems when it come from workshop, lot of things have been damaged on my car and they refuses to be accountable i.e Air conditioning, wiper, Battery, speedometer not fully secured, CD player, bonnet carpet mat, lamp broken. I hardly drove this car as it takes months and months at the dealership, and even now its 3 month again and its still at the delearship.
I have raised the matter with BMW MINI SA, both delaerships Mordern Autohaus and Leohaese, and even went as far as Motor Industry Ombudsman but I still have nothing fixed for me.
Please anyone who can help me, I have a pregnant wife & we struggling now & even me going to work.
