I bought a R25 ham and cheese roll. When it was opened, i kid you not, there was 2 slices of sandwich ham and one of cheese in a foot long baguette, all cut in half, and laid so that they stuck out the edge of the roll, to make it look full. Literally half the roll is exposed on the one side upon opening the sandwich. My workmates think it is hilarious, and if I could post the pic you would too. The manager dealt with the issue well, and showed me the company menu directives specifying sandwich content. My complaint is this: if you bought a samoosa and it was half full under the pastry, you would be unhappy. Don't see how a lunch roll can be different.
