I visited Autohaus Centurion on Friday 06 Sep 13. Karen Boshoff was my service assistant. My VW Polo had to come in for the replacement of a door rubber.
I was pushed for time, because I had to leave for Roodeplaat dam at 11:00. Karen told me it is a three and a half hour job to replace the rubber but they will try their best.
Well I was very impressed because at 10:30 my cellphone rang it it was Karen telling me my car is ready.
Very impressive Karen your customer service is impressive.
