I sent a letter using your courier services and this letter was extremely important where I put through a claim from my pension fund. This letter was lost by your company. Since then I have re- sent the letter again and it has been lost again. Whenever I have followed up on the letter and the whereabouts I have received various different answers.
I' ve battled for over a month using your services and finally resorted to another courier company. The service I received was poor and I' ve been inconvenienced by such a delay.
Reimbursement for the courier services is not sufficient for me because of the time, the calls I have made and the delay in receiving my funds by over a month.
