Hi my name is Herman Tlhapane, In December 2009 i was dismissed by the company i worked for, McCarthy limited and ever since i have been awaiting my provident fund to be paid out to me. The company claimed i owe them money and therefore the funding company should not release the funds to me. Up to this far they can not proof a thing that i owe them because to start with i don't owe them a cent. They can not produce an acknowledgement of debt letter to say i really owe them and the fund wants to release my money and is awaiting a letter from them to say they can pay me out. I have an email from the company saying they don't see any reason of holding my money any longer but no one is wiling to write that letter to the fund. Please assist me in this regard cause i am truly not happy about this situation. The company number is 012 322 6840 and the fund is Alexandra Forbes's and their number is 011 669 7000 or 011 269 6000
