I have been expecting an international letter since early February, it is an EXTREMELY important letter which I need for my immigration. What on earth is going on at the Post Office? Where in the world do things like these happen? We have no Post Office at the moment, something so basic!
When are things going to start moving? This is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting, I can't believe it. Can I go pick it up at the International Hub or wherever it is? May I please go and do your jobs for you? I need that letter now! To top it up it doesn't have a tracking number. What must I do now? Wait and see when during the year I'm going to receive it?
Courier is expensive but it seems as if South Africans always have to pay extra for SERVICES THAT HAVE BEEN ALREADY PAID FOR. Not to mention it is the people waiting who pay their salaries!
