Head office cant even do their jobs!

I recently inquired about finance for a motobike. I asked a few questions and he replied very vague.Then i asked for application and the guy responded immediately, he said i must send some documents and i had it ready and sent it to him.after a few hours he then asked me to fill in some forms .It was after 4pm so i said il send it Monday since i know everyone want to get home and no work will be done at that time.i did mention to him that i am in a hurry to get a response so that i can make alternative arrangements.

I went to Goodwood Motomia to go have a look at the bikes .The manager their was very friendly and explained more details to me.I asked if he cant help me get everything done sooner and he said no since i already made contact with a guy at head office, since all emails go to head office.

So i send the forms back and asked him to reply just to confirm that he has received the files but no reply? is it so hard just to send a i dont know what the status is of the process and i dont who else to ask for help since everything goes to the head office.but whats the use if head office cant even do there jobs?!

i wish i can contact each branch DIRECTLY!
