Head office cant even do their jobs!

I recently inquired about finance for a motobike. I asked a few questions and he replied very vague. Then i asked for application and the guy responded immediately, he said i must send some documents and i had it ready and sent it to him.after a few hours he then asked me to fill in some forms. It was after 4pm so i said il send it Monday since i know everyone want to get home and no work will be done at that time.i did mention to him that i am in a hurry to get a response so that i can make alternative arrangements.

I went to Goodwood Motomia to go have a look at the bikes. The manager their was very friendly and explained more details to me. I asked if he cant help me get everything done sooner and he said no since i already made contact with a guy at head office, since all emails go to head office.

So i send the forms back and asked him to reply just to confirm that he has received the files but no reply? is it so hard just to send a conformation.now i dont know what the status is of the process and i dont who else to ask for help since everything goes to the head office.but whats the use if head office cant even do there jobs?!

i wish i can contact each branch DIRECTLY!
