I had a loan with Blue Financial Services, loan was then sent to Pholosa and then Sanceda. I finally paid up the loan and received a paid up letter from Sanceda. Blue Financial Services is still sending text messages that I still owe them and I'm in breach of contract. When I call them, they ask me to send paid up letter and then it ends there. Nobody calls me back and tells me that all is sorted out. After the last time I spoke to them, the consultant personally promised that he'd get back to me on receipt of my email containing paid up letter, and still I wait. The lady who sent me the paid up letter also doesn't know why I'm still being sent messages that I owe Blue. Please advise me what I'm to do now.
