Please help my wife to get a paid-letter and consent letter from Coombe/Flemix. They seem to want to delay this using the tactics of "funds not yet allocated" story. E: Fullname: TP Diphaha//IDNumber: 8003290388087//Case Number: C01-005839603. This account was paid R14, 148.87 on the 2nd March 2013 (given by the call centre personnel) but still on the 8th we get the email that we owe R 13, 562.18. My only explanation is that they want to put interest on this amount and then they will allocate the amount I paid.
