I went to Post Office on 22/11/2013 at 15h43 to courier an important letter. The letter was only delivered 27/11/2013 and I completed a refund form on 2/12/2013 at the Rant en Dal Post Office and someone from Speed Services was suppose to contact me for my banking details. I am still waiting on this 18th day of December 2013.
