Good morning,
I now understand that customer service is absent by and large in South Africa. I bought a Deltec Battery for my car for R1500. This morning the car would not start and I have no one to assist me. I call Deltec who is literally 10 minutes away from my place to assist and would like to replace the battery if that is what is required.
The receptionist told me about 5 minutes ago that her boss said they cannot help.
i assure you that I and everyone connected to me will never use their products or services again. I will get help and will get to work, to an organization that employs 12000 people, where one in 3 own cars. They will sure get to know about it.
