I recently bought a motorcycle battery from Deltec, took it home and was unable to start my bike. The battery SEEMED to not be able to deliver the current. I put it on charge but this did not help so I took the battery back to Deltec. They did a test and it was able to deliver 60 amps which was within spec. They very kindly swapped out the battery for me just in case something was amiss. I was then offered an opportunity to bring my bike in so they could do some fault finding to see if the issue was with the wiring on my bike! I have never experienced such a willingness to help! I took the new battery home, cleaned the contacts on the connectors and the new battery started the bike up just fine. The problem MAY have been dirty contacts. What a pleasure to deal with a company offering a great product with great support. My next battery (and future batteries to come) will most definitely be a Deltec.
