Having just paid a fortune for a brand new 2.2Tdci Ranger, I was extremely disappointed when it finally got delivered and two major items advertised under the specifications as standard weren't on the vehicle.
1. Grab Handle on the driverside A-pillar for entering the "High Rider", it's absolutely essential.
2. Left and right side sill protection bars in black, no where to be found.
And Ford doesn't even care about the complaint as the deal is done.
The dealer also supplied the wrong canopy and is yet to supply the paper work proving the correct one is on back order and destined for me.
